Chandi
The Chandi is a hand-knotted Oriental rug from India. Pure virgin wool pile, spun into fine worsted yarn, 140,000 knots per square metre. The traditional Mir pattern, a repeating field design from Western Persia, is rendered with precision through the tight knotting. 12 mm pile height, suitable for floor heating.
The dense knotting and the quality of the virgin wool make it hard-wearing and long-lasting. It works with classic interiors as well as modern ones and carries the current vintage look without trying too hard. Each piece shows slight variations in dimension, colour and pattern. The craftsmanship makes it unmistakable.
