Account Settings
How can I create a customer account? A customer account gives you many advantages: faster checkout, saved addresses, easy order tracking, and a convenient overview of your purchases. Simply click “Register” and enter the required details.
How can I change my address or add a new one? Log in to your customer account and go to “My Account”, then open the “Addresses” or “Address Book” section. There you can edit existing addresses or add new ones.
How can I change the email address linked to my customer account? Log in to your customer account and go to “My Account”, then open “Account Information”. There you can update the email address saved in your account.
I forgot my password. What should I do? Simply use the “Forgot Password” function in the login area. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
How can I change my current password? Log in to your customer account, go to “My Account”, and open “Account Information”. There you can change your password at any time.
How can I delete my customer account? If you would like to delete your customer account, please contact our customer service team via the contact form. We will be happy to assist you.
How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter? In your customer account, you will find a “Newsletter” or “Newsletter Subscriptions” section where you can manage your subscription. If you need any help, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Ordering Process
How can I place an order? Add your desired items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There you enter your address details, select your preferred payment method, and complete your order. Once your order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
How can I redeem a discount code? You can enter your discount code during checkout in the designated field. Once confirmed, the discount will be applied automatically, provided that all conditions have been met.
Can discounts be applied retroactively? In certain cases, this may be possible. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and the relevant discount code so we can review your request.
Are there any restrictions on discount codes? Discount codes are usually valid only for a limited time and may be subject to specific conditions, such as selected products, brands, categories, or a minimum order value. Multiple discount codes generally cannot be combined.
Can multiple orders be merged afterwards? Unfortunately, combining several orders after they have been placed is not possible. However, as we offer free shipping, placing separate orders is no problem.
General Questions
Do you offer a printed catalogue? No, we currently do not offer a printed catalogue. In the interest of sustainability and responsible use of resources, we focus on digital presentation instead.
What happens after I place my order? Once your order has been completed, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. Items in stock are usually shipped shortly after payment has been received. For items with a delivery time, shipping takes place within the period stated on the product page. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information.
I am experiencing a technical issue. What can I do? If you encounter any technical difficulties while using our shop, please contact our customer service team via the contact form. We will be happy to help.
How do I care for my rug properly? To ensure that you enjoy your rug for a long time, we recommend regular care appropriate to the material. In our care guide, you will find practical advice on cleaning, stain treatment, and everyday rug care.
Questions About the Product Range
Do the colours shown in the online shop exactly match the actual rug colours? We do our best to display our rugs as accurately as possible in the shop. However, slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen, display settings, or lighting conditions. If you have any questions about a specific product, our customer service team will be happy to advise you.
An item is sold out. When will it be available again? This depends on the individual product and the availability from our suppliers. If you are interested in a sold-out item, please contact our customer service team via the contact form. We will gladly check whether and when it is expected to be available again.
