Exchanges & Returns from Germany, Austria and the EU
A return is possible within 30 calendar days from the date of the postmark or the delivery or receipt confirmation. If you are unable to provide proof of delivery or receipt, the 30-day period begins on the shipping date of the order.
A return is only possible if the item is sent back in its original packaging, unused, and in like-new condition, including all accessories.
Unfortunately, you will need to bear the cost of the return shipping yourself.
Quality complaints
Our rugs are carefully inspected. However, in rare cases, material or manufacturing defects may occur, such as weaving defects, unusual color irregularities, or damage caused during transport. If you notice anything unusual, please contact us at kontakt@homerugs.de. To help us process your request quickly, please send us a photo of the affected area by email whenever possible..
Damaged packaging
Please always ask the carrier to confirm any visible damage to the packaging. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth resolution in the event of transport damage to the rug. If the carrier refuses to provide confirmation, please refuse acceptance of the delivery and inform our customer service team via the contact form so that we can take care of the next steps for you.
Refund
Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, we will refund the corresponding amount to the payment method used for the order within 14 working days.
